Payment
Sale made by Knight Xchange shall be subject to these Terms and
Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods
ordered. Knight Xchange reserves the right to refuse an order placed.
The customer undertakes that: all details provided for the purpose
of purchasing goods or services offered are correct, and that the
credit or debit card used to make a purchase is his/her own card
or his/her company's card, that he/she is authorised to use it,
and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover
the cost of any goods or services ordered.
The wer reserves the right to obtain validation of credit or
debit card details before providing any goods or services. In the
event where doubts remain as to the validity of the information
provided, Knight Xchange reserves the right to request identification
from the buyer such as a valid Driver's License, Passport or National
Identity Card. Failure to comply with this request may result in
the cancellation of the order.
Knight Xchange only accepts payment made via Paypal. Please open
a Paypal account prior to bidding on our auctions. Unfortunately,
Knight Xchange is unable to accept any other method of payment.
At the moment our sales prices are exclusive of VAT, we are in the
process of registering for a VAT certificate. Once this is concluded
we will be able to offer VAT invoices. Please bear with us.
Returns
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product
for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of
your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided
that the item is received in tact and in a resale-able condition.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure
outlined below.
Non functioning product: Knight Xchange is committed to providing
our customers with the highest quality products and service. However,
on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective.
All items are supplied with a warranty, unless specifically stated
otherwise. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay
the full costs associated with the return of the product to Knight
Xchange.
Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and
adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer. We
regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. If a suitable
replacement is not available, Knight Xchange reserves the right
to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original
freight cost.
Returns Procedure
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email
in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA).
Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any
items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from
the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns
not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number. Knight
Xchange cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are
lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate
insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned
to Knight Xchange.
