Our ranges of products have no bound. Our Refurbishing and Testing team is highly qualified. All our products are sold with warranty. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds.

Terms And Conditions

Payment
Sale made by Knight Xchange shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered. Knight Xchange reserves the right to refuse an order placed.
The customer undertakes that: all details provided for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered are correct, and that the credit or debit card used to make a purchase is his/her own card or his/her company's card, that he/she is authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services ordered.

The wer reserves the right to obtain validation of credit or debit card details before providing any goods or services. In the event where doubts remain as to the validity of the information provided, Knight Xchange reserves the right to request identification from the buyer such as a valid Driver's License, Passport or National Identity Card. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of the order.
Knight Xchange only accepts payment made via Paypal. Please open a Paypal account prior to bidding on our auctions. Unfortunately, Knight Xchange is unable to accept any other method of payment.

At the moment our sales prices are exclusive of VAT, we are in the process of registering for a VAT certificate. Once this is concluded we will be able to offer VAT invoices. Please bear with us.

Returns
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received in tact and in a resale-able condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below.

Non functioning product: Knight Xchange is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. All items are supplied with a warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay the full costs associated with the return of the product to Knight Xchange.

Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer. We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. If a suitable replacement is not available, Knight Xchange reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost.

Returns Procedure
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number. Knight Xchange cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Knight Xchange.

    Hence they are classed as SECOND HAND GOODS and ONLY come with our 7 days return policy and with a 30 days warranty unless specifically stated otherwise

  • These items are tested and either Repaired, Refurbished or just sold as they are received if notthing is wrong. We make sure they are fit for sale
  • Accessories may NOT BE OEM (if included in sale), but a working replacement may be provided. When items are returned, they are sometimes returned with missing accessories or are returned because of faulty accessories. These are anything apart from the main unit. (e.g. Earphones, batteries, Manuals, installation CD e.t.c)
  • For items included in this bid/Sale please read the Package Content section.....If an item or accessory is NOT list in this column. It is NOT included in this sale/bid please do not ask for it to be included.
  • Product may not be supplied in ORIGINAL packaging
  • Original Packaging (if supplied) maybe Rough, torn (held with cellotape), stained or damaged.

 

Shipping and Insurance
Shipping
Knight Xchange is only able to deliver to the countries listed in our listing.

We are happy to combine purchases for certain products at a discounted cost per each additional item. This cost will be added during checkout. Unfortunately, it might not be possible to combine certain products due to weight, size, or value. Orders cannot be changed or modified once checkout has been completed.

Unfortunately, Knight Xchange cannot facilitate customers wishing to collect orders.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Delivery
Please note that if paying via PayPal, 24 hours dispatch time only apply to delivery to a confirmed Address. Shipping to an unconfirmed address will be held for 3 days before Dispatch. Please supply an address where delivery can be accepted between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday.

Delivery information will be supplied at time of dispatch. However, Knight Xchange cannot be held liable or provide recompense for deliveries which exceed this timeframe. The customer will be liable for any further costs incurred by Knight Xchange for any items returned to Knight Xchange due to non delivery. A 10% restocking fee may apply to unclaimed items.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. Knight Xchange shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment. Please notify Knight Xchange by email of shortages or damage within 24 hours of receipt.

Complaints
Knight Xchange will address all complaints as expeditiously as possible and will continue to communicate with the customer until the issue has been resolved.

Warranty
Limited Warranty

New Products
These products are warranted to the customer as free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date.

Refurbished/As-New Products
These products are warranted to the customer as free from defects in workmanship and materials, (except where an item is advertised and sold as a blemished item) under normal use for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. Where a refurbished item is advertised and sold as blemished, the blemish shall not constitute a warranty claim against the seller.

Used Products
This refurbished product is warranted to the customer as sold as used with a blemished condition under normal use for a period of 15 days from the original purchase date. Where a used item is advertised and sold as blemished, the blemish shall not constitute a warranty claim.

Exclusions
The warranty excludes;

  1. Physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches to screens or outside casing
  2. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other causes beyond the range of intended use.
  3. Damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God; or
  4. Use of the product with any third party device or service if such device or service causes the problem.
